Yeast Rolls

Crumble yeast; sugar, salt and water.
Mix; then add beaten
1/2 the flour; add shortening and remaining flour; mix rise for about 3 hours or more.
Punch down and make into rolls.
Place rolls on greased pan and let rise again before cooking at 400Β°.
Bake until golden brown.
