Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1 c. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water (105°).
Mix together 1 cup water, sugar and eggs, then add yeast mixture, oil, salt and flour.
Put in a glass greased bowl.
Cover and let stand in warm place, covered, for 8 hours or overnight.
Divide in thirds.
On well floured surface, roll out each third into 12-inch circle.
Cut with pizza cutter.
Roll up to form crescents.
Let rise 4 hours. Bake on greased sheet at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
