Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. plain flour, 6 tbsp. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/3 c. warm water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put hot water, yeast and sugar in mixing bowl; set aside.
Mix sifted flour, salt, powdered milk together. Add to yeast mixture. Add melted butter as you mix together; let rise.
Punch down and make into rolls.
Place on greased pan or muffin cups.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 400Β° until brown.
