Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake yeast, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. shortening, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Scald milk, add sugar and salt and let cool.
Add yeast to warm water and dissolve.
Add this to milk mixture and add 1/2 of the flour and beat until smooth.
Add egg, shortening and remaining flour.
Knead on floured board.
Bake in cupcake pan.
Pinch off pieces to fill 1/2 of cups, let rise until full.
Bake at 425Β° until brown.
