Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 2 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 cakes yeast and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix in large bowl sugar and salt with 3 cups very warm water. Melt shortening.
Put into water mixture.
Let cool, then take mixer and blend in about 3 cups of flour, then put in eggs and yeast.
Blend good, then put in rest of the flour.
Take hands to blend.
Put about 1 cup flour on table and work in.
Put in greased bowl; let sit until double.
Punch down.
Put 1/4 cup oil and put in pans to rise again until top of pans.
Bake at 400Β° until brown (don't preheat oven).
