Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 4 c. plain flour, 1/3 c. oil, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 to 2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients.
Let set until double in bulk.
Knead dough.
Roll out on floured surface and cut rolls with biscuit cutter.
Place in greased pan; brush tops of rolls with oil and let rise again. Bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
