Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/3 c. shortening, 1 egg, 3 c. flour and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put dry yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Let rise about 15 minutes.
Beat egg, sugar and shortening with about 3/4 cup milk. Mix well.
Add flour; mix again.
Add remaining milk; mix well. Knead on floured paper.
Put in bowl.
Let stand 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Roll out in small biscuits.
Should make 20 rolls.
