Yeast Muffins
Yeast Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. very warm water, 1 egg, beaten, 4 c. self-rising flour and 3/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Set aside.
Melt butter; cream with sugar in large bowl.
Add egg and yeast to creamed mixture. Add flour and stir well.
Place in airtight container.
Store in refrigerator.
When ready to bake, stir down.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Fill muffin tin 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes.
Yields 2 dozen.
