Yeast Biscuits
Yeast Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium potato, 1 cake or 2 envelopes yeast, 1 egg, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook 1 potato in 2 1/2 cups water; drain potato.
Let cool and add remaining ingredients.
Put in large bowl and keep in refrigerator taking out enough dough each time to make the number of biscuits desired.
Brush with butter and let rise 1 hour before baking at 450Β°.
