Yeast Biscuits
Yeast Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. lukewarm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 3 tsp. sugar, 5 c. plain flour or all-purpose flour and 1 heaping tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix ingredients well.
Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Put in a tight plastic covered container and put in refrigerator overnight.
Pinch amount of dough you need and knead it on a floured board.
Roll or cut into biscuits.
Place on a greased pan.
Bake at 450Β°.
When biscuits begin to brown, brush tops with melted butter.
Dough will keep in refrigerator about 25 days.
