Yankee Pot Roast
Yankee Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Place roast in large baking dish.
Mix mushroom soup, celery soup, milk and onion soup mix all together and pour over roast. Add salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add carrots.
Cover; bake 1/2 hour.
Add potatoes and onion.
Bake another 1 1/2 hours.
Makes own gravy.
You can cut baking time by preboiling roast.
Drain and put roast in pan with all other ingredients and bake until roast is done.
