Wrapped up Apples

Mix flour, shortening and salt.
Add milk.
Dough will be like pie crust.
Set aside until apples are peeled.
Take half of dough and roll out to 9 x 13-inch rectangle.
Place sliced apples, half of sugar, cinnamon and butter mixture onto dough.
Roll into 4 x 13-inch shape and seal.
Put in half of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Repeat for second roll.
Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
