Worm Meat(Shredded Barbecue Beef) is an impressive grilled dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Place roast and vegetables in a large, heavy pot.

Cook, covered, for 4 hours. Remove meat, cool and shred with a fork.
