Working Parent's Overnight Lasagna
Working Parent'S Overnight Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. basil, 16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese and 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Break noodles in half; set aside.
Stir herbs into cottage cheese.
Reserve 1/2 cup Mozzarella.
Spread enough sauce on bottom of deep 8 or 9-inch square pan to cover entire surface. Cover with 1/3 of noodles, breaking and overlapping to fit. Spread 1/2 of cottage cheese over noodles.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of remaining Mozzarella and 1/3 of remaining sauce.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Uncover; bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Top with reserved Mozzarella and bake 10 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
