Working Mom's Shrimp
Working Mom'S Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. light teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp. cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables, thawed (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In small bowl, stir first three ingredients until smooth.
Set aside.
Generously spray large skillet.
Heat over medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic.
Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir sauce mixture; add to skillet, stirring constantly, and bring to boil.
Boil one minute.
Makes 4 servings.
