Wood Chuck is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. flour, 1 qt. milk, 1 c. grated cheese (4 oz.) and 2 small cans mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Make a roux of flour and melted butter.
Add milk.
Cook to thicken.
Add cheese and remove from heat.
Stir until cheese melts.
Saute mushrooms and celery in 2 teaspoons butter; add to sauce.
Add turkey or chicken meat (cooked and diced) and 2 hard-boiled eggs (diced).
Serve on plates over the Chinese noodles.
Garnish with slices of the 3rd egg.
