Winter Fruit Salad
Winter Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding and 1 banana, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple juice into 1 cup measuring cup.
Drain mandarin orange juice into same cup so you have 1 cup of liquid.
Throw away rest of liquid.
Mix 1 cup juice with dry pudding and stir well. In bowl, mix canned fruit and banana, cut into bite size pieces. Add glaze to bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled.
