Winter Fruit Salad
Winter Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 big can peaches, 2 cans pineapple chunks, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 can pears, cut into chunks and 3 tbsp tapioca granules, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain all fruit (very well) in colander, reserving juices. Combine juices and measure 3 cups into a saucepan.
Add pudding mix, sugar and tapioca.
Bring to boil stirring constantly. Simmer until mixture begins to thicken.
Cool to room temperature and pour over drained fruit.
Add nuts and coconut if desired and maraschino cherries for color.
Refrigerate well before serving.
