Winter Fruit Salad
Winter Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained and juice reserved, 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. cook n serve vanilla pudding, 1 qt. mixed fresh fruit chunks of apples, bananas, oranges, pears and pineapple chunks, 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts and 1/3 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In saucepan, combine reserved pineapple juice and pudding; mix.
Cook over medium heat until thickened; cool.
Toss with pineapple and fruit chunks, nuts and coconut.
