Winter Fruit Salad
Winter Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, small box instant vanilla pudding and banana, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain pineapple juice into 1 cup measuring cup.
Drain mandarin orange juice into same cup so you have 1 cup of liquid.
Throw away rest of liquid.
Mix 1 cup juice with dry pudding and stir well. In bowl, mix canned fruit and banana, cut into bite size pieces. Add glaze to bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled.
