Saucepan, combine sugar, tomato sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt
Simmer until sauce is thick, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Combine the shredded potato, meat, onion, egg and salt. Shape small balls. Bake in 350Β° oven until done and lightly browned.
Drain off fat and pour sauce over all.
