Wine Cake
Wine Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix (duncan hines golden yellow), 1 pkg. instant pudding (french vanilla), 4 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. salad oil and 3/4 c. golden sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add nuts to mixture.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Grease Bundt pan.
Use sugar/cinnamon mix to dust pan.
Place 1/2 batter in pan.
Sprinkle remaining mixture of sugar and cinnamon over batter.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
Cool in pan 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn out.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
