Williamsburg Salad
Williamsburg Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water and 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water.
Add to boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water, vinegar, salt, sugar and a few drops of green food coloring. Chill until mixture thickens.
Fold in other ingredients.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 8.
