Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme (undiluted), 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup (undiluted), 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put butter and soups in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Place in 350Β° oven until butter melts.
Add water chestnuts, rice and seasoning packet.
Stir to mix and return to oven, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serves 6.
