Wild Rice
Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. wild rice, 1/4 lb. butter, 1/2 c. slivered almonds, 3 c. chicken bouillon broth and 1/2 c. long grain rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put all ingredients, except broth, in frying pan and cook until long grain rice appears a little yellow.
Add bouillon and put everything in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325Β°.
