Wild Rice
Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, 1 c. white rice, 1 stick butter or oleo, 1 c. celery and 1 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook wild rice 5 minutes, then drain.
Cook both rices together for 15 minutes; drain.
Saute celery and onion in butter. Place rice in baking dish, adding celery, onion, cheese and water chestnuts.
Add one cup of milk.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
