White Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter over low heat in a heavy saucepan.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Makes 1 cup of medium-thick sauce.
