White Salad
White Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pineapple, 2 pkg. knox gelatin, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 6 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain pineapple.
To juice, add 1 cup sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Dissolve Knox gelatin in 6 tablespoons water.
Add to juice.
When juice is cool but not cold, add 8 ounces cream cheese that was mixed with pineapple.
Top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until set.
