White Rolled Cookies
White Rolled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. butter or oleo, 3 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and eggs together in a bowl.
Set aside.
In another bowl, cut shortening into flour, baking soda and powder. Mix by hand together.
When mixed, add to beaten sugar and eggs. Knead until smooth.
Chill for several hours.
When ready to make cookies, roll quite thin on lightly floured board.
Cut out cookies with cookie cutters.
Place on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sugar or decorate.
Bake in 350Β° oven until creamy color and very crisp, approximately 15 minutes.
