White Potato Pie
White Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. mashed potatoes, 3 eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add sugar to potatoes and butter.
Beat egg yolks a little, add milk and lemon.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into potatoes.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Then bake at 350° until center is set.
(Knife blade comes out clean.)
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
