White Mountain Salad
White Mountain Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. any other flavor jello (orange, lime, apricot or strawberry), 2 3/4 c. hot water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve jello in water.
Let partially congeal.
Place this in mixer and whip in cream cheese, which has been partially broken up.
Add pineapple and nuts, then fold in Dream Whip or Cool Whip. Pour in 13 x 8 x 2-inch glass or Tupperware dish.
Chill overnight.
