White Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Whisk 1/4 cup cold water and Knox gelatin until blended.
Add boiling water and mix until Knox is dissolved.
Add vanilla and sugar.
Mix well. Slowly fold in sour cream and Cool Whip.
Chill 2 to 3 hours, until set.
Can be poured into a mold.
Tastes like cheese cake!
Great with ham.
