White Icing
White Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. water, 2 egg whites and 8 to 10 marshmallows, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sugar and water to soft-ball stage.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour 1/2 sugar mixture over egg whites, beating constantly.
Place remaining syrup back on heat.
Bring to boil, then pour syrup over egg whites.
Add cut up marshmallows to icing and beat until consistency to spread on cake.
