White Fudge
White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/2 stick butter, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla morsels and 1/2 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt butter in pan.
Add sugar, milk and salt.
Cook until it begins to boil.
Time it for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. After 10 minutes, test a small amount in cold water; if it rolls into a ball, it is done.
If it's not done, cook 1 more minute. Take off fire.
Add vanilla morsels and marshmallow cream.
Mix well, then add nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased with butter.
