White Fudge
White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine first 6 ingredients and stir over moderate heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.
Boil to 238° (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat and allow to cool until 110°, about 1 hour.
Add vanilla and beat until mixture just begins to lose its gloss.
Quickly stir in nuts and cherries.
Turn into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan. Cool and cut.
