White Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. pecans and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat and beat in double boiler cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Heat pecans in 1 tablespoon butter (can heat in microwave); add to other mixture.
Press into pan or drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
