White Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 lb. butter, 6 eggs, 1 lb. coconut and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream sugar, eggs and butter well.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add pineapple and cherries.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Add nuts, flavorings, coconut and pineapple juice.
Mix well.
Bake at 275Β° in 2 to 3 loaf pans for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool well.
