White Fruit Cake
White Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar, 4 c. cake flour, 7 egg whites, beaten until stiff and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, nuts, and fruit with 1/2 of the flour.
Add baking powder to the other 1/2 of the flour.
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites, beaten until stiff.
Add vanilla flavoring.
In another bowl combine other ingredients and mix well.
Combine with butter/sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake in slow oven on 250Β° for about 2 hours.
This usually makes 2 good size cakes.
