White Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 lb. margarine, 8 eggs, 1 (2 oz.) bottle lemon extract and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine sugar.
Eggs, one at a time. Add lemon extract, 2 cups flour with baking powder sifted into it. Cut dredge with the remaining 2 cups flour. Add dredged nuts to batter.
Turn into a prepared tube pan (line with wax paper) and bake at 275Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Put a pan of water under the cake while baking.
