White Enchiladas
White Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook hamburger and taco seasoning together.
Drain off fat. Mix hamburger with tomato sauce.
Set aside.
Mix sour cream, chicken soup and milk until blended.
May use nonfat sour cream. Put a small amount of mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.
Divide the meat mixture between the 12 flour tortillas with a little grated cheese in each one.
Roll up and place in pan.
Pour the remaining cream mixture over the top of the flour tortillas and top with green chilies and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
This also is good with chicken.
