White Chocolate Salties
White Chocolate Salties is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. white chocolate, 2 tbsp. crisco, 3 c. pretzel sticks and 1 c. salted spanish peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine chocolate and Crisco in top of double boiler.
Bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Pour chocolate mixture into large mixing bowl.
Stir in pretzels and peanuts.
Spread onto buttered cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Chill 20 minutes or until firm.
Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
Yields 1 1/2 dozen pieces.
