Made with 1 c. whipping cream, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3 1 oz. squares white baking chocolate, melted and 2 c. blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; set aside.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add chocolate and beat until fluffy.
Add chocolate and beat until smooth.
Fold in whipping cream and alternate layers of mousse and berries in parfait glasses, ending in mousse.
Garnish with additional berries if desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
