White Chocolate Cake
White Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. coarsely chopped white chocolate, 1/2 c. hot water, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate in water.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream the oleo and sugar.
Add eggs. Blend well.
Add melted chocolate.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Add vanilla.
Fold in pecans and coconut.
Pour in 2 round pans, greased and lined with waxed paper.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
