White Chocolate Cake
White Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. white chocolate, 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine and 4 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool.
Cream sugar and margarine until fluffy.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine with chocolate mixture.
Add vanilla, buttermilk, flour and baking powder alternately to chocolate mixture.
Do not overbeat.
Beat egg whites and fold gently into batter.
Add pecans and coconut.
Pour into three greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
