White Chocolate Cake
White Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. white chocolate, 1 c. butter or oleo, 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 c. sugar and 4 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt chocolate in boiling water.
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add 4 egg yolks (beaten) and mix well.
Add chocolate mixture to creamed mixture.
Sift and measure flour. Sift again with soda.
Add alternately with buttermilk.
Fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Gently fold in nuts and coconut.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake in 350Β° oven 30 minutes or until done.
