White Chili
A hearty white chili of Northern beans, shredded chicken, green chiles, and garlic, seasoned with cumin, oregano, and cayenne. Mild heat, big body, made in batches.

Cook chicken and cut up into small pieces.
Combine beans, chicken, chilies, garlic, onions, oil, chicken stock, cumin, oregano, salt, onion salt and pepper.
Simmer until desired thickness.
