White Chili
White Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boned skinless chicken breasts (4), 1 large can (49 1/2 oz.) chicken broth, 1 large jar (48 oz.) undrained northern beans, 2 c. chopped white onion and 1/2 bulb garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Microwave chicken until done and dice.
Simmer chicken broth and beans.
Add onion, garlic, chicken and seasonings to broth mixture and slow cook for 2 to 3 hours.
(This is spicy and hot.
