Wash and trim cauliflower.

Break into flowers and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove and drain.

Place into casserole dish and add salt, pepper and margarine.

Mix all other ingredients together, except Swiss cheese and add to casserole.

If you use sour cream, do not use flour.

Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole and bake at 450Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
