Whipped Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 1 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine flour and milk in pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
Beat cooked milk mixture into butter mixture.
Beat on high speed until frosting resembles whipped cream.
This frosts 9 x 13-inch pan.
