Whipped Cream Cake
Whipped Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (box or bought) angel food cake, 3 or 4 half pt. whipping cream, 1 small pkg. jell-o instant pudding (french vanilla) and 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Make the cake according to box.
Cool.
With a bread knife or electric knife, slice into 3 or 4 layers.
Whip cream until peaks form.
Fold in dry pudding.
Then fold in drained pineapple. Spread between layers, top and sides.
Refrigerate.
Can decorate top with mandarin orange slices.
